395 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 395 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the 395 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 395's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 395 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. You are advised to review this page periodically.
The 395 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your state or territory of residence.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 395 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. 395 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Providing false information during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 395 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our customer support immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a user of the 395 platform, you agree to:
- To use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from 395.
- Not to attempt to hack, exploit vulnerabilities in, or disrupt the platform's operations in any way.
- Not to engage in any activity that could be considered fraudulent, constitute money laundering, or involve manipulation of the system.
- Not to share platform content such as odds, game information or internal data for commercial purposes without authorisation.
- To comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and local regulations relating to the use of this type of platform.
Breaching any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 395 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, Boost, GrabPay and other digital wallets listed in your account section.
Deposits successfully credited to your account are final and non-reversible except under exceptional circumstances as determined by 395. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered and verified in your name only. 395 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the limits stated in your account and may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method used — ranging from instant to three business days for bank transfers.
395 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security or compliance review. If an account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, all pending transactions may be frozen until the investigation is concluded. Users will be notified via their registered email address.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 395 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. 395 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical errors or circumstances beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party failures or force majeure events.
395's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
395 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a competent authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to reclaim any forfeited balance.
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned upon completion of the required verification process, subject to the review policy in effect at that time.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 395 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 395. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 395.
Third-Party Links
The 395 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 395 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
395 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Email notification may be sent for material changes. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the 395 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
